Pukka herbs vitalise and clean greens are a staple in my diet. The capsules are much better than the powder! You can get them at most health shops and from the research I conducted they are the best supplement in tearms of macronutrient and antioxidant profile- and they are organic as opposed to manufactured and pressed vitamin tablets. I find recovery time is reduced and my immune system is bombers- haven't had a cold in over three years:) Probably be sneezing tomorrow morning now I've said that! I also looked at cherry active for a while but found it was just too expensive to take daily and besides, Vitalise contains the same high level of polyphenols etc and is a lot cheaper. My last natural supplement is beetroot juice. I do a lot of endurance events and find the beet- it power shots are really good at delaying fatigue in long 3hr+ sessions.
