Off on holiday this Thursday. Worked out I was going to be a couple of days short of my first bottleso decided to drop MPS over the past weekend. Logic, wasn't training at weekend. How quickly the DOMS came back though, wow unscheduled session on legs. Decided to mix it up a bit as I wasn't feeling my usual self after a day off eating plan. Coupled with the break of only 2 days, and change in routine. Bloody sore. Lesson learned, new bottle there for when I get from my holiday.
Further testament to the powers of this wonderful supplement. One thing I haven't seen a great improvement on though, is a quite sore wrist. I initially put this down to the nanodrol cycle, but moving straight into the use of Erase Pro, and also lean extreme in evenings, it hasn't got me through that. Standard fish oils seem to have assisted without much cost though.

Yes, coming "off" Synthagen isn't pleasant. On the wrist issue, sounds like a tendon? If so, they're notoriously slow to heal due to poor bloodflow. Fish oil is a good start. I've also had success with various Cissus strains. "Product X" (due out in a few months - hopefully less), will bring a whole new meaning to the term "pain relief", among its other attributes...
