Dan - Those who advocate complete breaks from stims rarely give up their coffee and tea in our experience! Your suggestion makes sense although we would personally suggest a nootropic or low stim option to complement Craze. The likes of Ultima, Hemavol and Condense spring to mind.
personally , i wouldnt put tea or coffee into the same league as some of the stims out there available for pre wo.
some have a mixture of various components to get you into the zone however that said some types of coffee can have as much as 300 mg of caffeine per serving , but that is the exception With caffeine , coffee , you know what your dealing with, its a universal drink and has been for ages and will continue to be , pre wo drinks are fads , some are more popular than others and manufacturers are continuing to develop this area to stay ahead of the game. As a result more ingredients are being put into these drinks which are barely recognised.
