the thing that struck me most watching his videos on nutrition , he is really into food and apart from seeing some protein powder and glutamine on the kitchen table, there was no other supplement in sight Now its easy to be synical and say well he must take x y z but he is a natural bodybuilder/fitness model.
i was particularly taken up with his interest in food, in one video he went to a supermarket and explained what you should be looking out for and buying
another focused on his post workout drink and snack to compliment it (interesting enough , he speads jam on his rice cakes-now jam ive always stayed clear of , but now see it in a new light.)He also showed how to make a soufllee containg casein for a prebed snack.
Hes very enthusiastic about nutrition and training and advocates low bodyfat all year round I think he is to attend Bodypower-hope so.
