I have managed to cut 2% body fat in a calorie deficit of 400kcal less per day while keeping all the muscle I gained over the last 3 weeks. My weight is exactly the same so I have gained roughly 3 and shed 3 pound of fat. Really works well with MPS and my body is looking a fair bit different.
Today my chest session was probably the best I seen for recovery between sets. I hurting now as a week of GVT training gave me a bit of variety and it has worked as a way to shock the muscles. No doubt by tomorrow though Synthagen will work its magic again and I'll be feeling brand new.
My bad knee hasn't bothered me during any of my cardio sessions. It's been great!
Will definitely buy Synthagen again. It covers the Ecdysterone (Norateen II) I use to take along with BCAAS at a cheaper cost than other pharmaceutical grade brands. It uses higher doses and the effect are far more apparent.
Also have to say that the blueprint was very informative. I registered for one free article today and the information was solid. Sadly I haven't got to cash to sign up to more issues but for anyone who has I recommend it.
