Your benchmark then would be an increase in work capacity with Synthagen. Quite pronounced in most, and leads to greater hypertrophy given we know the physiological trigger for muscle growth = more work done per unit of time.
Would be curious to hear your feedback, if taking the plunge. Most are quite shocked, especially insofar as intra-set recovery and the resulting increase in total tonnage able to be performed, during any given workout.
