Before I stopped training I weighed in at 89 kilos and had body fat of about 13%. My height is 5ft11 and at that time waist was 33in.

I hit the gym after a 6 year exile ! My weight on the 24/02/13 was 117.5 kilos. I am 37 and over the last 7 weeks have lost 8.2 kilos. I know I have put on a fair amount of muscle mass so actual fat losses are probably greater. I have only used protein shakes, BCAA and glutamine to aid me in my quest in finding a more stronger and muscular me. I am eating about 1670 calories a day with a typical day consisting of porridge and banana for breakfast. Rice cakes and tuna and protein shake as a snack. Chicken breast in pitta with salad for lunch. Supper is chicken breast with broccoli peas sprouts. Before bed a small portion of bran flakes with a banana and protein shake. I also take vitamins and minerals, CLA and omega 3 fish oil.

I look and feel so much better. Waist has gone from 42 to 38 inches. I have been reading this and a few other forums over the last couple of weeks to research supplements that can aid me in my fat loss and muscle gain. I have stopped going through other forums for a few reasons and stuck with this one as it looks the most genuine and the one where people actually are trying to genuinely help others. I have also spoke to Ben Carpenter a few times via Facebook and he has only helped further my ambition to get fitter and stronger.

My question today is I want to start taking Hemavol, Erase pro, Tropinol Xp, Alphamine and maybe Intimidate (because you get it free at the moment when you buy Tropinol XP) to aid me in my regime. I have chosen these products because I believe they will help me in losing fat, gaining lean muscle and aid me in achieving them extra reps in the gym. Reviews and recommendations by forum users on here and other sites have also influenced me as have the product reviews and claims from the respective manufacturers and I believe these are the best ones for me at the moment. I have come across lean Xtreme today but I dont want to take too much if they are all doing the same thing. Since starting training again I am saving around £90 a week which went on beer and cigs before and although I have a surplus of cash at the moment (wahay!!!), I also have a marriage to pay for in August so cant be throwing money away. I also do not want to buy every supplement going and end up causing more harm to myself.

My exercise regime at the moment is :

Monday - Chest and triceps.

Tuesday - Walking at 3.8 mph for 60 minutes.

Wednesday - Back and biceps.

Thursday - Walking at 3.8 mph for 60 minutes.

Friday - Legs

Saturday - Rest

Sunday - Walking at 3.8 mph for 60 minutes.

I would appreciate any help given and thank all in advance. Sorry for going on and on and on ...... Smile
