1670 calories a day? Is that for real? I am definitely not an expert but I seriously doubt you will be gaining any muscle at all with 1670 cals per day with those stats. Sure you'll be dumping weight rapidly but that just seems way too low at the moment if you want to gain muscle.
Do you know what your bodyfat % is?
