RippedFreak on Any suggestion for DOMS and sleep supps please? (Leans gains would be nice too)

Hello Scooby Doo,

Sorry to hear you are not getting the results you were expecting from these products.
I have re-read your posts and the only thing I can think of which may relate to you feeling flat ,experiencing loss of strength and poor sleep has to be related to your diet. From experience I found out supplements can definitely help you reach your goals quicker but without a great diet plan you will not see the results you want. This past year, I have made more progress than in the whole time I have been training (8 years). This was due to getting the right diet, training plan and learning about the most effective supplements from this forum.

I am currently still in my cutting phase which is coming to an end in a couple of weeks. With regards to Tropinol XP and Intimidate, I have also started taking these recently and getting some good results with them so far. I am getting a noticeable pump after taking Tropinol XP but the major effect I have experienced is I have gotten even leaner and muscles hardening. I am sleeping very well but not any better than when supplementing with ZMA alone. This combo has definitely helped me in leaning out even further, gain some strength and DOMS is still there but has been reduced. (Not as effective as MPS when it comes to recovery). My muscles are also currently feeling relatively flatter than normal but that was to be expected due to low carbs in this phase.
