I have a buddy who use to use phentermine, well he tried it.  I remember him saying the crash was to much, and the feelings from it, were not good.  He didn't find the fat loss anything superior to most other solid OTC fat burners.

I've used Dexaprine XR and EC both very effectively.  If your diet is good, you shouldn't need phentermine.
