For anyone who is interested I thought I would put on a update of my cycle. Had a terrible last week of my cycle got hit by the flu and could hardly train at all. Still feel rough now but got to keep fighting on!... As everyone said week 4 is when the power really kicks in even though I was really ill my strength was still impressive. Started pct on Sunday trained shoulders yesterday and legs tonight switched to 8 reps and got a few extra reps and still have great strength. Appetite has gone down loads since stopping nanodrol but I'm keeping up with the eating and the back pumps are still savage. I gained 6kg in total,if I didn't get the flu then I would have gained more but s#\t happens and I'm happy with what I have gained.
