My training goals in 2013 are to incorporate track sprinting into my training again, continue my explosive training style, get to a photo shoot condition again by my birthday (may).
My other goals are to meet more people in a social and professional networking environment, to continue and strive to have a positive effect on those around me and at work.
And to visit the land down under, I haven't been back home for 3 years and I have neglected all my friends and family by doing so.
All in all 2012 was a challenging year that has only made me stronger, I am now out of London and living my dream with the best job in the world!
