i try to keep it more or less strict.when i add weight and i have to help myself by cheating i stay on the same weight until i feel i can move on.on some exercises like squats i bend over a lot so i do it by doing front squats but not all the way down like weightlifters...going to paralel about....its a point where it starts pulling me forward and i got trouble to hold the barbell across my chest.so i do the hack squats on a machine as an addition to front squats to get the stretch at the bottom of the movement.
