I had to mention this. I was at the gym on Monday training chest. I saw someone was on the Smith Machine (my gym only has one and no barbell benching area either) so I decided to do dumbbell bench press instead and go on the smith at the end to finish to failure. Done all my sets on the dumbbell bench press went onto the chest press machine followed with weighted dips and then done a few sets of cable crossovers. By this time its gone 45 mins and the same bloke is still on the smith machine. Did I mention he was lifing 30kg Total....arrrgh... Pointless him being there. When I asked how many sets he has to go, he replied "4". I just went back to the dumbbell, completed a failure set and left.
