Luckily I got a new tub recently. And yes, if you try to train with the same frequency and intensity once you run out then your body will be in for a shock! I have been training the last 5 days in a row with high intensity and pretty heavy weights but today I felt so bad I had to finally give in and take a rest day. Try and remember to take a rest day every few days even if you feel ok as it will eventually catch up with you.
