I started my Nanodrol cycle today, going to be 1ml a day.

Training split
Back. Quads. Chest and calves. Hamstrings and biceps. Shoulders and triceps.
I generally train one week heavy, 6-8 reps, then the next higher reps, 12-15.
If anyone wants anymore detail Ill post it, same with nutrition, I haven't bothered to here as it isn't anything out of the ordinary, chicken, steak etc. and I doubt people want a detailed breakdown of every meal.
Recently I have focused slightly more on being lean, however, in the coming months I want to bulk and gain as much as possible with far less focus on keeping my body fat low.
I took my first serving this morning on an empty stomach and trained about 4 hours after. Today was back and I had an extremely good workout, small increases in weight on all exercises and a really good pump throughout. I'm not sure I can put this down to nanodrol but I did have a great workout and I feel really good so time will tell. Annoyingly the gyms closed tomorrow for xmas day but Wednesday I'll be hitting quads, my favourite day, so Ill post my progress afterwards.
Some feedback on any aspect would be great.
