Ran another back session to rebuild the muscles around my shoulder before I get back into pressing. Still not going heavy but feeling better.
Underhand barbell row: 40kgx15, 50kgx10, 55kgx10
Overhand barbell row: 30kgx10 (3 sets)
One arm deadstop row: 22kgx10 (4 sets)
One arm lat pulldown: 20kgx10 (4 sets)
Back extensions: 3 sets of 15 reps
