i was training legs today, did heavy low rep squats then 3 x 8 low weight high rep squats straight into 160kgs on leg press for 20 reps and by about 15 i got a searing pain in my neck/back of my head ?? lasted about 30 secs then dulled off but can still feel it but more like an ache rather then the pressure kind of pain when i originally did it , any ideas ?? i am currently using anabeta elite/daa and i had used pre workout enhanced, so i was going flat out ?
my only ideas were just pulling my neck or not breathing correctly ??
