First of all, I would suggest carb cycling with some HIIT training a few times a week. This method has allowed me to increase

strength whilst getting leaner. Another option is Carb Back-Loading if your priority is to maintain weight, increase strength and not put

on fat. Supplement wise I would recommend MPS, Kre-Alkalyn (or another form of creatine), Pre-Workout such as Craze and also X-

Factor (although I have not tried this one out just yet), Anabeta Elite is another great option. Goodluck
