Harry the Hatchet said I hit them once a week and for twenty sets each of biceps and triceps. Struggle to comb my hair for days after!

20 sets of curls?! Insane.. I do 2 sets of biceps training on my back days, which imo ain't even important since I feel my arms are growing from all the pulling and not direct biceps work anyways.

How big are your arms and what bf%?

Totally my opinion, but if you feel pulling movements in your biceps strongly enough to illicit growth, you need to learn to pull with your back more....

Emphasis.

When doing chins etc, you'll feel your bicep, sure.

Now do curls.

Which did you feel in your bicep more?

You don't need to do 'loads of curls' and if you train arms exclusively you won't get far. But if you want arms which are as big as they can be, chins and bench press wont cut it.

Show me a successful BBer who doesn't train his arms.

its still not right what ur saying...........ofcourse u will feel ur bicep more from curls than from rows.its an isolation movement.all isolation movements feel more.its same with dumbell flys or cable cross overs versus benchpress and u will feel more cables but that doesnt mean a thing.

dont forget the best dont leave nothing to a chance just like the rest of us and from these reasons there is so much of overtraining.so therefore u will never see anyone as u just asked.
