cjwav34 on Glutamine Debate - Is it worth using?

Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in human blood. If you're on a high protein diet these concentrations should be at a very high level.

 

In my opinion anyone on a high protein diet is wasting their money if supplementing with L-Glutamine. If someone can pull up a study that shows supplementing with it beneficial to athletes on a high protein diet, I would love to read it.
