Incl bench press: 40kgx10 (7 sets with 4 second negative followed by 8, 7 and 5 reps on the last 3 sets) SUPERSETTED WITH
Bent over row: 35kgx10 (10 sets with 4 second negative)
Lat pulldown: 55kgx10 (3 sets)
Chest flyes: 35kgx10 (3 sets)
Weights here seemed crazy light and on the first three sets I thought that but the 4 second negative started to take effect and by the fifth set I started to feel the fatigue creeping in. All in all a great pump and very intense workout as I cut the rest time to 75 secs instead of the 90 recommended and lower reps near the end meant that I had picked the right weight for incl bench press but no reduction in bent over row means that I should up that for next time.
Also, had my first Craze fuelled workout in months as my Furious Melons tub arrived (big thanks for the recommendation) and the drive was insane. Love Craze and by far the best pwo I've ever had. So now at 10.51am I sign off for a day of bulking meals and revision, hope everyone has a great workout!
