yep limited to caffeine only. The first week was horrible didn't have the energy to do anything + felt week but then I decided to compensate my PWOs with more carbs instead, which worked out pretty good. I guess being in a calorie deficit for ever takes it's toll (go figure..). These recent days have been quite "the usual" even without massive amounts of stims but without the insanity induced rage, which is good because that only led to over training 8>. I won't be hitting any new PB's in a while. I guess I'm going to crack though since enhanced will prolly arrive soon at predator and conquer already being sold by them.. F M L......... >_<
