The wider you grab the bar for bench press,
the more chest you are working! it's bullshit what you say mate.
i grab the bar as wide as possible and everybody says my chest is amazing.
offcourse at all times you must keep your chest flexed and push it forward when you are doing your exercise!
My biggest mistake is that i don't rest enough,
i almost never feel like taking a day off, but sometimes it would do me good, i know.
