Omg some of you went mental! my attempt was pathetic compared!
I had 1 meal Christmas day, tonnes of turkey, brussel sprouts, no potatoes, more greens and some gravy.
I had some of my fave pudding afterwards to!
In the evening I had a couple glasses of double barrelled whiskey and that was it,
I really wasn't that hungry, mainly due to the 9 tablets of DCP I had!
Feels great to be back training like a beast after two days off!
