I've just finished my first bottle of AE (not elite) and should have another with me tomorrow. I took it exactly as the label suggests, changed nothing in my diet and training and was really impressed with it.
Around the second week, I noticed was my rep count to exhaustion increasing by 3 or 4 reps on most exercises so I started lifting heavier (bare in mind I've been at a bit of a plateau regarding strength). Other effects I noticed:
- Permeant all-day muscle fullness, like a slight pump.
- Appetite increased.
- Sleep improved.
- Weight up 198 LB TO 202 - not a huge amount on paper but pretty good in only 4 weeks and the mirror definitely suggested i'd put on more.
IMO - next best thing to PHs, hence the repeat order.
