Rotator cuff warm ups are pretty easy but essential according to my gf who is a sports injury therapist, first of all scap setting is paramount- being able to keep your scapula flat during all shoulder and arm movements- no winging!! Then start to introduce rotator cuff- look for boulah exercises- the key to all shoulder stability is being able to use your rotator cuff whilst your scap stabilisers are working. Have a look also at proprioceptive upper limb work as well. Don't move through the processes too quickly otherwise your larger muscle groups over your shoulder will do the work needed to stabalise your shoulder instead. Hope this helps mate:)
