Do you have any idea on lean body mass or bodyfat percentage?

What about calorie intake?

As a rough guide aim to gain a maximum of 1kg a month and then check weight weekly to ensure you are on track. Personally I use calipers and use their measurements to guide me as weight can fluctuate a lot day to day so isn't a great way to gauge progress.
