Update (05/07/13)
Another quick update;
Weight = 197lbs (+2.5lbs)
Skin-fold caliper measurements;
Chest = 6mm
Abdominal = 12mm
Thigh = 12mm
Tricep = 7mm
Subscapular = 14mm
Suprailiac = 9.5mm
Midaxillary = 9mm
Bodyfat% = 9.07 (-0.79)
As you can see, a 0.79% reduction in %bodyfat in the last week, which includes a general reduction in skin-fold measurements and a concurrent an increase in lbm, not bad going considering the caloric deficit involved! Not only this, strength is managing okay as I managed 170kg x 5 reps when dead lifting today which I am quite happy about.
As it is the half-way point I will rate the side-effects out of 10, with 0 being non-existent and 10 being unbearable;
Acne = 2/10 - A slight increase. One or two extra spots and slightly more painful but nothing major considering it is a PH.
Lethargy = 3/10 - Feeling slightly tireder than usual and requiring a little more sleep but nothing a little caffeine won't sort out. It is in no way infringing on my workouts and day to day life.
Aggression = 1/10 - Practically none existent. Perhaps slightly sharper but I think this is just my usual level and haven't been told otherwise.
Testicular atrophy = 3/10 - Slight decrease in testicular size and fullness. Would guesstimate they are currently around 90% of what they normally are
General health = 1/10 = Noticed nothing out of the ordinary here. No light headedness, increased heart rate etc and 'feel' pretty darn healthy.
All is running well. I aim to reduce my calories even further next week to try and get my %bodyfat to a level I am happy with before I begin PCT so I can begin to taper up my calories. Again, if anybody has any questions, feel free to ask!
