i´m planning my next ph cycle with nanodrol. My nutrition plan for the cycle is already done.
At the moment i´m training like this:
- Chest, Triceps and Abs
Rest
- Legs & Calves
Rest
- Shoulders & Abs
Rest
- Back and Biceps
Rest
Rest
I´m doing 9 sets for big muscles and 4 sets for smaller muscles.
My training is everytime very intense, and it lasts about 45 minutes.
And at the moment, i need the regeneration time beetween the training days.
So, now, i want to take nanodrol for my next ph cycle. How can I train,
when i´m on nanodrol? Is the regeneration time much better than normal?
Can I train like the following plan?:
- Chest, Triceps and Abs
- Legs and Calves
Rest
- Shoulders and Abs
- Back and Biceps
Rest
Rest
Or should I train like my actual workout plan?
Or do you have another workout plan suggestion, how i can maximize my gains?
