Should I train with a 3 three day split twice a week, or is this too much?

 

Like:

- chest, front and side shoulders, triceps

- legs, calves

- back, rear shoulder, biceps

Rest

- chest, front and side shoulders, triceps

- legs, calves

- back, rear shoulder, biceps

Rest

 

Or should I train with a 5 day split per week on nanodrol.

 

Like:

- chest

- back

- legs, calves

- shoulders

- arms

rest

rest

 

What seems better?
