It really sucks not being able to use stims anymore (due health reasons and anxiety) cause I really love the focused feeling they give me. I did however never notice that taking a preworkout would allow me to do more reps, cut rest periods or increase weight so it's not that big of a deal. The first and only time I really felt a preworkout was the first time I tried Jack3d and Craze. I felt like God
