Update (14/07/13)
Didn't get a chance to take caliper skin-fold measurements last week but will do on Monday, or just leave them till the end of the week for final measurements at the end of the log. Weight is up 0.5lbs while at the same time looking leaner again.
Strength is still doing okay, despite an even greater restriction in calories. Dead lift was up to 172.5kg for 5 reps although felt difficult.
Other points to note include a slight increase in lethargy and feeling a little more sluggish throughout the day. All other side effects seem to be whereabouts they were before.
