Re-finding fit ☀ on Carb cycling

Hi everyone!!

So basically I have hit a bit of a weight loss plateau. I workout 5 days a week, ( 3 x I do both weights and cardio, 1x just cardio, 1 just weights). I have heard a lot about carbcycling but today I read about a lady who calorie cycled. On her low days she was eating 13-1400 cals, moderate days 16-1700 and high 19-2000. Although varying her calorie intake she kept her macros the same. So which would you suggest is better? Keeping the same amount of calories but varying up your macros (so carb cycling) or keeping the same macros but changing calorie intake? Thanks in advance for any advice!
