Guys , i am trying the 16 and 8 fasting diet , as it fits better into my lifestyle atm, i am on a high protein low carb diet.
I know you should ingest some carbs before a workout for energy etc but last thing want to do is put on fat or lose muscle.
Reading mass pro directions etc , it states that you dont need carbs pre workout or even post workout for mass pro to allow your body
use the protien etc for muscle and for energy. is this correct or am i barking up wrong tree?
If i do need carbs before workout or even intra workout what would you guys recommend? or can i just carry on using mass pro ?
