Just bought sour cherry (amarena) juice with minimum 50% sour cherry share in this juice.
2 fast questions.
1) Just to make sure is tart cherry and sour cherry (amarena) same thing or similar and both similar effective?
2) Synthagen bottle says can take also before sleep but on the other hand it gives you energy so wouldn't it prevent you to go to sleep?
I took last night 3 caps 3h before my usual bedtime and had hard time falling a sleep but then again it's now heat wave in Europe.
