High protein, moderate fats / carbs. But I don't count calories I just started at maintenance and then lowered it by 200 - 300 calories for a week or two then drop the calories again. I don't prescribe to the dirty / clean food school of thought either but I eat healthy for the majority of the time.
I do physical labour for my dad at the moment so that probably helps with weight loss hah.
Two alphamine on workout days + enhanced, and three on rest days.
Starting weight: 12 stone (168lbs)
Weight 18 days in 11 stone 7 / 8 (161 / 162lbs)
I was probably 13 - 14%. I don't have a clue what i am now but noticeably leaner.
