1.) They're similar, but not quite the same. If that's the best you can get, certainly better than plain H20.
2.) In some, it does this by flooding the body/brain with amino acids. Some of these find stimulatory. If that's you, dose away from sleep.
3.) I took mine prior to bed during a recent heat wave here; didn't sleep. So there may be a connection...
MPS is ALL about dialing in your dose. Thus, my recommendations to nail down your training day dose first, off day dose 2nd. 3 caps, 3x's daily on your off days 10min or so prior to your 3 biggest meals is ideal. Just make sure that last dose doesn't come 3 hours prior to bedtime, in your case...
