first workout done today was chest and triceps;
Bench press 5x5 - 60, 65, 70, 70 ,70 kg
incline bench (dumbbell) 4x6 - 45, 50, 55, 55 kg

decline smith press super setted with fly's 3x12 50/10, 55/12.5 , 60/15,

Dips 3 x failure - 12, 8, 8

Triceps push down 3x6- drop set 50% of weight 3x10

close grip bench - 4x6 sets- 35, 40, 45, 45kg

cable fly's - 2x20 

FIRST WORKOUT ON ENHANCED 

Pump - 10/10

pump was fantastic, t-shirt was lose when i put it on but felt like a second skin half way through workout, the higher rep exercises also became much more rewarding as I could feel my chest getting more pumped with every rep

energy - 7/10  


energy was great, felt ready to go. always like to try try pre-workouts fasted first to gage real stim effect. However tomorrow i will take with some carbs to increase pump. May even stack with hemavol at some point to go crazy on the pump.

crash - 0

there was no crash which is brilliant, sure the energy wasn't the rush you get with jack3d and craze but then again the pups are better and it doesn't leave you feeling like you've been mugged in an alley. 

focus - 10/10 


when all you can think of is the next rep, you know its good. never looked at the clock, never thought about anything else but the weight and the movement. so i think this helped improve my mind to muscle connection.

overall 9/10

Top workout supp i will review it again tomorrow with the added carbs and i'll go 1.5 scoop instead of 1 and see how she treats me.

time for food i'll log that tonight
