You guys have pretty much sold this to me. Gonna give it a whirl. This is a tad more hardcore than anything I've done before so any advice from previous users is appreciated. My primary aim of using it is to blast away some Christmas fat in double-quick time, and although I want to preserve lean mass throughout, I don't really want to gain a load of weight? Does that sound realistic?
I'd opt for ana beta elite if you want muscle retention and fat burning.. but thats just me!
