It does put you in a "happy place" early.
One other use I've found for it: Taming "dirty" stims. I'm a long time E/C man, as in 20+ years. I find that when co-ingested with E/C it smooths things out a LOT. Normally, I'd recommend TQ after training, but if you're running E/C or something like it - please do consider. Those of you timing your weight training and/or cardio sessions, please provide as much feedback as possible. There's evidence for example, that a single dose of rhodiola improves stamina (1). Astaxanthin is the other heavy hitter here, as rats given astaxanthin considerably extended theirtimes to exhaustion and burned more fat in the process.(2)
