to have a full developed and proportioned body, i'm convinced that all exercices are necesary. offcourse it depends on the persons goals.

what i have noticed with myself, when i started changing my routine every few weeks, my muscles were sore every single day, this will lead to more muscle growth. If you always do the same exercices, your body gets used to it, and wont grow much anymore at a short period.
