So today I took 1 cap TQ 1 hour before training and what a differance it made. I did a personal best on bench press and thats got me so hyped. I mean today was the first time I benched 140 KG, 3 x 8 reps. Popped 2 more straight after training and right now I'm in happy-ville

It does have BOTH performance enhancement and "out of the gym"/happy place benefits. Best of all, you'll find it's like wearing a suit of armor. The anti-inflammatory/wound healing effects are profound (and this is just 2 weeks in, in my experience).
Scooby, nice to hear things are turning around for you. TQ does an exceptional job quieting "brain noise" and in time it just gets better. As you stated, "black space" vs. racing thoughts. As we continue to garner feedback on dose timing, it'll benefit all members here once everyone gets their stash.
