Sorry to probably ask a norm question. but i work a really weird shift pattern
its a 12 hour days and nights shift but i have a day of between each day and night shift. then after 4 shifts either have 2 or 4 days off.
am really asking the question of i cant stick to a a arms chest etc etc routine
and have seen strength gains in the 8 months i have been training but my muscle mass is small really.
i eat well with protein shakes chicken etc etc
is it just my life style that's holding me back ??
am 41 years of age and never been shy of trying
