If this happens to anyone else, you may want to consider 3 caps immediately post workout only, or taking 3 caps before noon (or perhaps with breakfast). Dialing in your dose is the trick, but I'll take this feedback as a learning experience. Hopefully, my suggestions will help other users prone to 5-HTP/Picamilon sensitivity while still reaping TQ's recovery benefits.

Appreciate the response.
I have not taken TQ for the last two nights and my sleep was much improved.
What I have decided to do is trial TQ again at the end of October when I have 10 days of annual leave.
That way if I do still get sleep issues it won't affect my work as I have really struggled the last two weeks on very little sleep!
You suggest 3 caps pwo, or perhaps breakfast and dial in your dose from there.
I think for myself, considering my sensitivity issues it would be wise to start with 1 cap and move up from there.
And also to take it with breakfast, as far away from bedtime as possible.
Also if anyone is interested I have 3 bottles of unopened Tranquilogen which I am willing to sell, anyone interested just pm me.
