I've seen it done both ways Mike, but the best results are reported by those using XFA pre-workout. Not sure if it's a psychological thing, but that's what's being reported.
Looked at from an MOA perspective, AA builds into the cell membrane over time. This is true for virtually all fats. However, there may be other (acute) effects XFA has that's leading to the pre-workout dosing success.
Wish I could give it to you more cut and dry, but that's the feedback I've received. MPS + XFA is certainly a winner though for many....
Good stuff, I have my MPS stash ready to be dusted down in a few weeks. I have added XFA to my collection to try as well.
Will combine the two for a whirl.
