Scooby Doo on Tranquilogen

I've been on holiday the past couple of weeks.

I've slept really well but that's not unusual when I take a break from my PC and work etc and relax.

 

I'm certain that my sleep quality has improved though. I like the 'urination nation' information as I am still waking once or twice per night for this. I do drink a lot of water, am 40 years old and everything is fine. I'll have a look into the water retention stuff but I do take potassium to help me with this anyway. Nothing worse than hydrating yourself and then pissing it all away.

 

We flew back to the UK from Vegas yesterday. Whilst we did have a flat bed to sleep on during the flight I managed 5 hours solid sleep. I've flown in first/business before and never slept like that. I could've slept the whole flight but forced myself up for the last 3 hours of the flight to try and align myself with the UK timezone again. Once back home I went to bed 23.15 woke once and got up at 07.30. I do generally sleep well after a flight and seem to prevent jet lag better than most though so again, it's hard to say if TQ helped here (I took it 21.00 and ended up staying up longer than I anticipated).

 

The next couple of weeks will help me find out if TQ is working for me for sure but I am definitely more relaxed than usual and less aggressive although as I've mentioned before I've drastically cut my caffeine and stim intake at the same time I started TQ. Last week I had a double espresso for the first time in a week and it gave me a headache SurprisedLaugh. I used to knock back 4+ of those a day.

 

I'm dosing 1 cap post workout and 1 usually an hour before bed. 5 days on 2 days off.
