I took as little as 6 caps a day and still noticed results. 10 on training days, 6 on non training days.
I didn't gain any weight while taking MPS (i actually lost a few pounds) but did notice big differences in strength, muscle size and body composition.So im thinking this may be a more useful product on a cut/recomp, i may try Kre-anabolyn next time to see how that goes for me, but yeah MPS is definitely a solid product.
