Hi Guys
Recently ive been noticing a lack of improvement in size, I am happy with my strength, it is continuing to grow, but my muscles are never really sore, and they certainly aren't getting any bigger. I trained with a friend 2 days ago, we hit shoulders, and he took me through a pre exhaust, and multiple drop sets over different exercises. My shoulders are hurting like hell now, so should i start putting a pre exhaust and drop sets into every muscle group I train? Does it really make that much of a difference?
