I was thinking about dropping all protein shakes for a while and just get my protein from Humapro and whole foods. I do have some questions though. The reason for putting all protein powders on hold is to see how well this product works but more importantly I want to see if how mo stomach will react. Protein powders (even isolates and hydrolysates) sometimes give me gas and bloating.
From what I understand you are not supposed to eat any other protein sources for about 20 minutes after taking Humapro. But what about taking something like Gasparis glycofuse or Ragnorok? Would that be ok?
I train first thing in the morning so Humapro + Ragnarok + Glycofuse would be a killer combo imo.
